Blood Orange Sorbet

April 6, 2015 Leave a Comment

I have been wanting to make this sorbet for over a month now but we went to Florida and when we got back I couldn’t find blood oranges anywhere..until last Sunday.  So naturally I had to get some to make this as I have been on a bit of a sorbet kick lately…as in daily with sprinkles on top of course.

blood orange sorbet

If you find blood oranges in the supermarket GET THEM and make this sorbet!!!…you will not be disappointed!!  (Or save this recipe until next year’s blood orange season…they usually come out around December or January).

This is a cool and refreshing dessert…perfect for dreaming about the warm summer days ahead!
