This Thursday we leave for Mexico and with all this cold weather and snow our trip can’t come at a more perfect time. I have been dreaming about the warm weather and a cocktail or two by the pool for weeks now…
When it comes to cocktails, sangria and bellini’s are my drinks of choice…and maybe a mojito or two:). So when I came across this drink I jumped at the chance to make it. It was delicious and EASY. Perfect for brunch or an afternoon/early evening cocktail.
Raspberry Peach Prosecco Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of raspberries
1 peach-sliced
2 1/2 cups of peach juice
1 bottle of prosecco
Directions:
1. Slice peach.
2. Pour peaches, raspberries, juice and prosecco into a pitcher.
3. Add ice to pitcher and serve!
I would recommend making this right before serving.
